ARM® Certification Track (ETH800, RES201, ARMEXM) – Sept 18-20 & 25-27

The ARM Certification is regarded as the most recognized credential for residential real estate managers, and the ARM Track experience will get you one step closer to earning it. The ARM Track explores key concepts related to ethical real estate management and reviews the following key competency areas related to effective residential site management: human resources and relationship management, property financial management, maintenance and risk management, and marketing and leasing.

  • Day 1: Ethics for the Real Estate Manager (ETH800)      September 18
  • Day 2-5: Managing Residential Properties (RES201)       September 19, 20, 25 & 26
  • Day 6: ARM Certification Exam (ARMEXM)                     September 27 (8am – noon)


CPM CAPSTONE TRACK (MPSAXM / CPM001 / CPMEXM) – October 23-27

Management Plan Skills Assessment (MPSAXM)                   October 23-26

The Management Plan Skills Assessment meets the management plan requirement for the CPM designation and is designed to assess your knowledge of the concepts, technical skills, and processes involved in preparing, analyzing, and completing a property management plan following IREM standards. It is completed in a classroom setting and includes an exam component that requires responses to management scenarios based on a property type of your own choosing from the following: office building, conventional apartment, or retail strip shopping center.
