Programs Committee
The Programs Committee is responsible for working with the Chapter's leadership to develop a schedule of programs that include 4 annual business meetings, 4 Lunch n' Learns, and other programs of general interest to the membership. Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is responsible for retaining, serving, enhancing and growing our existing membership. Among its activities, the Membership Committee hosts an annual prospective member reception and new member event to welcome newcomers and give them an opportunity to get to know IREM Chicago’s leadership. Social Media Committee
The Social Media Committee is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Chapter website in addition to increasing the awareness of the ARM, CPM, and AMO designations. The Committee is also responsible for communicating Chapter programs and activities and member accomplishments to the media and general public through press releases and speaker's bureau. Legislative Affairs Committee
The primary responsibility of the Legislative Affairs Committee is to monitor state, local, and national legislation that affects the property management industry and to make recommendations relative to proposed, pending and prospective legislation which will or might affect the management for real property within the boundaries of the Chapter. Friends of IREM Committee
The Friends of IREM Committee is responsible for the Friends of IREM program and for the solicitation of vendor advertising and sponsorship for various Chapter activities, programs, and events. The Chapter has produced a coordinated advertising package for both the Friends of IREM program and for the solicitation of advertising and sponsorship. Candidate Guidance Commitee
The Candidate Guidance Committee specifically provides support to the candidate by assigning them a “buddy” for the management plan support or a “mentor” who offers general, continual guidance throughout the candidacy. The Committee is also responsible for organizing and coordinating an annual candidate guidance reception to be held in May of each year. IREM Young Professionals (IYP) Committee
The IREM Young Professionals Committee is responsible for recruiting new participants and promoting the growth of young professionals by providing educational and social networking mixers in a casual, progressive, and fun environment. Premier Awards Committee

Annual Golf Outing Committee
The Golf Committee is responsible for the overall planning and promotion of the annual Golf Outing which includes the selection and confirmation of the site, menus, awards, silent auction items, and scheduling of the day's events. Income/Expense Committee
