For more than 60 years, Lambs Farm has empowered people with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Located in Libertyville, Illinois, Lambs Farm is a vibrant community where participants live, learn, and work in an environment that celebrates ability and inclusion.
Their mission: Helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in us all.
