IREM Chicago Educational Scholarship Fund
The IREM Chicago Educational Scholarship Fund is dedicated to helping real estate professionals advance their careers by earning the prestigious Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) certification. Each year, the chapter offers scholarship opportunities for the IREM ARM Track (ARMTRK) course, typically held in early spring, providing financial assistance and a dedicated six-month mentor to support participants throughout their certification journey. Scholarship recipients also become actively involved in the chapter through committee participation, networking, and professional development opportunities.
