IREM Chicago Elects 2020 Officers at Chapter Luncheon September 11

Six Members Installed for Earning IREM Designations, Presentation on “The Power of Intention”

Four property management professionals were elected during the September 11 meeting and luncheon to lead IREM Chicago in 2020 and six members were installed for earning IREM professional designations.
These property management professionals will lead the Chapter, one of the largest in the nation, next year: Angela Aeschliman, CPM®, President; Steve Schimmel, CPM® President-Elect; Colleen Needham, CPM®, Treasurer; and Natalie Drapac, CPM®, Secretary.
IREM Chicago 2019 President Kris Haskins, CPM®, welcomed those in attendance to the late summer Chapter luncheon and meeting and recognized past presidents in the attendance.
These members were installed for earning IREM designations:

- Lindsay Bonilla, CPM® – Draper and Kramer
- Yolanda Brown, CPM® – Wirtz Residential
- Michelle Hunt, CPM® – Habitat Company
- Margo Smith, ARM® – The Building Group
- Caitlyn Van Senus, ARM® – Draper and Kramer
- Kathleen Seidelman, ARM ® - Draper and Kramer
Dr. Debbie Phillips, CPM®, who also delivered a moving presentation, “The Power of Intention,” conducted the installation ceremony.
Chapter leader June McCrory, CPM®, presented an oversized check that totaled $10,255 on behalf of LYDIA Home, the Chapter’s official 2019 charity.

The next official Chapter event will be the 2020 Officer Installation and Luncheon October 30 at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
